Maybe I could spray-paint my belkin, it has a nice shape. Someone needs to come out with a ups in a mac-mini case so you can stack them.
 
It doesn't really matter what it LOOKS like, because you can always bury the UPS behind your desk.

Anyway... The Mac Mini only uses about 70W of power, though. so almost any UPS would work. As long as you're not using a 21" CRT or something crazy like that, a 350VA model would be enough.
 
it goes under neath your desk...

and you can probably mod a case or like put it in a plastic case u made or sumthing
