What would be a good board game for an 11 year old girl?

Something interesting for that age group, but not too simple just based only on rolling dice or having an obvious optimal strategy. Any suggestions? favorites of your kids?

My kids like the Cranium series - those are fun. Scattegories, etc. They make a ton of games geared towards pre-teens and early teens that are fun. I like to get my kids the games that 'force' them to be creative and do some thinking, and they really get into it.

Heck, we even yahtzee a few times a week - that involves minimal strategy....

Edit:
Try this one...
