What wireless products?

I have a choice today of buying wireless hardware: Which is better? Linksys or Belkin?

They are the standard Wireless-G models. 1x router and 3x PCI card.

i would say linksys only because im a big cisco fan.. i have the linksys wifi g router but i only use it as an access point from my cisco router.

belkin are good as well.. but for the long run linksys has more availible support online, that i have seen in my opinion.

btw - my wireless connection runs great with the 128 bit WEP turned on.

linksys, stay away from belkin. look in hotdeals for linksys and find a big thread on the open source firmwares ..very kewl

I would go for the Buffalo G or the SMC 2804WBR. Both ROCK solid in the installs I have used them for.
Belkin is well below Avg and I really am no fan of Linksys.

it's all relative depending on your budget. It changes everything when you can get Belkin FAR.

Not when you can get something better for $20. Yeah, I do know. I have a $2 after rebate Belkin Wifi router sitting in my closet with an SMC 2804wbr sitting on top of my monitor unused while my Buffalo is serving my wifi needs acting strictly as an AP rght now,.
