Truth be told, the two parties and the two candidates are much more alike that not even in this highly partisan era. The difference between one party's draconian cuts and the other party's wasteful and irresponsible spending is damned near a rounding error on the deficit, much less the national debt.I'm not going to "do" anything if either side wins. If the candidate I favor does not win, I'll just vote for the candidate I favor in the next election. This country will neither make great strides forward, nor go into the crapper, with either candidate sitting in the office. We've had good and bad POTUSES before, and somehow we just keep plugging away.
I do worry about nominees to SCOTUS. I really, really don't want any more justices in the mold of Ginsberg et al. A few more rulings like Kelo v. New Londo and we won't have even the illusion of not being the government's property.
