My pops told me in air force survival school they told him that you should let it grab your arm(since a determined dog is going to grab something whether you want it to or not), and then either grab it by the junk or the tail and swing as hard as you can.

my sister has 2 of them and ive wresteled with them and they get pretty crazy, i beleive i coudl fend 1 off for a bit

no boob loss, they are actually 2 of the nicest dog i have ever known, they just like to wrestle
1 of them doesnt even bark at other dogs

I hope that:
a) I have my switch blade with me, which I normally do.
b) retain enough sense that I'd actually use said switch blade.

If anyone ran, they'd be dead. Most people can not out-run a dog, no matter the breed.

If a dog attacks you, kick it in it's snout if possible. That is the most sensitive area of a dog.

Give up a forearm, wrap other arm behind head, bend back until audible snapping sound heard.

Means getting up close and personal, most shy away from it though.

*if* I had the opportunity, I'd put several years of tae kwon do (and learning to kick with maximum force) to use and kick it in the head (snout)... I *think* I'd be able to disable a dog in one kick.
But, if it came down to it's biting me... I'd jam my arm into its mouth as far as I could...
