What were these books/toys called?

I remember having these books when I was growing up (early 1980s) where there would be a small record (about 2" in diameter) built into each page, and there was a hand held player that you would stick to the circle and it would "read" the book to you.

Now for the life of me, I can't remember what these things were called and I've been trying to find a picture so I can show my wife, because she thinks I'm making it up.

Does anyone remember what these were called?
