a cheapish Timex Ironman digital watch. It's nice and it has a velcro band so even I can operate it!

I have a $15 Timex that the band finally broke off and now it's attached to a keychain thing I clip onto my pant pocket. It's one of those mountaing climing clip things.

Tha ttype of thing but with a cheapo watch on a cheapo orange clip. :)

I also have an Oakley watch that I do'nt use because I can't figure out how to set the time. I figured out how to set the alarm but I can't set the time...
It is one of these. Does anyone have one that can tell me how to set the time?!

If a watch does not have five alarms it's useless to me.

This is what I am currently beating up. So far it's the best watch I've enjoyed in a while. Got it for $38 from amazon a few months ago:

http://www.nike.com/timing/emea/en/productDetail/triax_stamina_super.html

I used to like timex ironman triatholons but the last one I got fell apart after a few months.

Triax electronics are made by seiko, so good internals and nike "style":

The Triax Stamina is a performance running watch with all the features you need for training and racing. This is the larger version.

* The whole watch actually curves around your wrist. As a result, the numbers are bigger and the watch fits better.
* Features a runner's chronograph (stopwatch) with simultaneous lap and split (total) display. Before your run, you can choose which appears in the main section of the display. For example, in a marathon, if you're focused on your mile or kilometer times, you can put lap time in the main display. In a 10k race, you may prefer split (total) time in the main display.
* If you tell the watch what distance you are running, it can automatically calculate your average pace.
* After a workout, you can review your lap times for up to 100 laps, and save this data for multiple runs on different days. Great for people keeping a detailed log, or tracking their progress throughout a training plan.
* Features a 5 segment interval timer. Great for a walk/run marathon, or for doing speed work with recovery sessions.
* Tells time and calendar information for 2 time zones.
* Also has 5 alarms. Why? Endurance athletes in training eat many small meals.
* One-touch backlight.
* Water resistant to 50 meters. Fine for swimming in a pool.
* Includes a battery hatch so you can change the battery yourself. You can also use Power Save, a feature that puts your watch to "sleep," and extends battery life.
