My wife saw this thread and laughed, saying "See, men are very similar to women, we love talking about our recent shopping experiences!" 🙂

I personally feel that the difference is that men generally focus on the end result whereas women like the process of shopping.

A man will spend 20 dollars for a 10 dollar item he needs.

A woman will spend 10 dollars for a 20 dollar item she doesnt need.

Flash drives are the modern floppy disk. You should have plenty of them laying around. I've got about five 2GB, and one each of 4, 8, 16, 32, and 64. Various devices in my house can only access certain capacities, so I need flexibility.

Toshiba 2TB (ZFS stripe) (another on the way)
Corsair CX430
CM Elite 120 mini-itx
Ext USB 2TB, to backup internal data drive

No need for a gfxcard, optical drive, kb, mouse or monitor. Boots off a 2GB thumbdrive.

what car are you coming from? Cars with bluetooth have been out a while now. 😉 Too bad my '08 is one of the earlier ones and only does voice and no music. My wife's '13 Sonata works great with music from my GNex phone.
 
Oh right, I got some Sennheiser HD439 a few weeks back. Have not really used them because I'm trying to air out the strong chemical off-gassing smell from the foam cups.
