My first full time job was assistant manager of a bicycle store. A week later the manager got fired and the owner went on a 4 week holiday, so week on the job I was the boss!! Fun times.

If full time you mean 40+hrs, then a machine shop while still in college making architectural doors/windows.

First job, while in high school, washing cars at a car wash/detail shop.

You made it to college without ever having a job? Geez. Must have been nice to have been so entitled. My ass had a job at 16.

My entitlement level is at about .75 Tridents :awe:

My parents just wanted me to do well in school, they didn't want me to work part time anywhere. Did some chores around the house and that was it. Of course, they didn't give me any spending money, but I knew I had it easy so at most I'd ask for a PC game every once in a while or cash to see a movie.

Being the first generation born in the US gives you a ridiculous amount of financial aid, so my parents have only had to pitch in maybe $1500 over 3 years of school. I plan to pay them back plus interest after graduation.

Full-time?
Navy.

Before that it was always part time. Mowing lawns, the bakery, etc. Bakery was the first time I needed to use my social.

Field Tech at a small IT consulting firm in NYC. Loved it for the short time I was there. They let me go after 6 months. Business picked up so much that there was no time for my on the job training, they said. Go figure. Looking back, it was most likely my lack of people skills that got me canned, as I always got the job done. People always seemed to have some problem with me, for no reason.
