Mine had to be in the semifinals of NJB league. I scored 28 points, 17 rebounds, 8 assists, 4 steals, and 3 blocks. This was when i was 13 and i was the tallest player on my team playing point guard :) i was 5'9 back then....and i'm still 5'9 today  we won that game but lost in the championships =(

I bowled a 261.

I also went an entire season in little league without striking out. :D

Hard to say... either coming first in a 200m race that won us the tournament, or shooting my season low to win a tournament for my team.

Placed first in the league final in the track events long jump and triple jump (23' and 46' 5", respectively) during my junior year in highschool. Didn't made it far though since I got sick right after the league final and failed to qualify to go state final :(

Hrm . . .

Had a sparring match against one of my instructors. I'm 5'9" and he's like 6'2". I ducked under his kick, moved forward into him, and threw a hook kick practically standing next to himt, full speed. My big toe brushed his nose, the whole class thought I took his face off with that one. Needless to say he was a little pale.

I also threw a flying side to spin back during practice one day. I got my hips inverted so I threw the flying side almost vertical, the spin back was like over 8' in the air. I was proud of that kick.

Damn, I will make sure to get out of your way if I ever see you come running. I can barely break 11s mark. Sprint wasn't my event, but the coach always throw me in the race if we need extra points in a track meet.

Bowled a 300.

Bowled two 3-game 800 series,
807 (279, 263, 265)
803 (244, 279, 280)

I've won several tournaments, I suppose that counts.

Made a winning basket in a 3 on 3 tourney.

Winning my first BMX race, waaayyyyy back in the day.

I've won several drag races at the track.

I suppose bowling the 803 series was the most impressive thing I've done, recently. It was at a very, very tough house and I was bowling on a pair of lanes with 3 PBA members and none of them even shot a 600 set. I just couldn't miss for some reason.

Going to the Ontario championships for alpine ski racing. I personally didn't fare all that well (nearly fell the first run), but our team nearly won the championship.

We had fun rubbing it in to all the teams that were actually FROM ski country. :D

*edit* After rereading the thread, I noticed you said individual effort.

My personal best effort was an all-Ontario race where I placed 12th out of 136. (giant slalom)

Striking out every single batter at least once of our archrival in 8th grade baseball and winning the game with the nastiest curveball I've ever thrown in my entire life.

I played offensive line in High school.

One game when we were down by 3 in the 4th quarter, I hit one defensive line man hard enough to put him on his ass, then went in and took down a line backer, giving our running back a nice fat lane to get a TD.

That's about the best story I've got.
Not much glory on the offensive line. We are an important bunch of guys, but don't get much glory.
Ah well, that's okay, save the glory for the offensive backs.

WAY back in jr. high, I won 1st place in shot put and 1st place in the mile relay (with my teammates, of course :) ) in every single track meet that season.

When I saw this thread title, I immediately thought of Al Bundy - "I scored 4 touchdowns in a single game!"
