1 at a time, and i change them quick so no they paid for itself...
actually my 4th is a 1999, but bought in 1998 had it for about 4 months and got flooded... got the lex that winter and it was for 25 grand from a friend... a real good deal

5th- '94 Olds Cutlass SL - first car I bought completely with my own money, sold to GF
6th- '95 Olds Cutlass Convertible - funnest car I've ever owned, sold to buy house for pregnant GF
7th- '97 Olds Cutlass SL - bought for pregnant GF, now wife
8th- '99 Olds Intrigue - my baby, until my wife took it from me and made me drive the '97

Damn, I didn't realize how many cars I've had in the past 9.5 years

Looking at this, I think it is time for me to diversify my next car purchase
