sorry :(

I'd lose it if something killed a beloved pet like that.

My dog is my buddy, if she got hurt or killed I'd seriously lose it!

Adul-

Sorry for your loss man. I lost my pal a few years back and it was the most upset I have ever been. I agree with "The Boss" that getting another cat soon will help a great deal.

Sorry bud. :(

stfu you moron.

Why am I a moron? I've thought about turning my dog loose on the neighbors cat that likes to piss under my house and crawl on my car several times but I don't. I am a responsible pet owner. You don't think my dog would like it much better if she could run around free?

I'm really sorry to hear that. The dog owner should have been more responsible. I'd at least talk with the police on this.

some thoughts:
what was theboss' previous alias?
his cat is evil, and wakes up ready to kill someone. I saw that w/ my old 17inch monitor and the cat's eyes were dead center of my monitor as it was loading and i thought it was goign to kill me or hypnotize me w/ those eyes.
or both..

anyways, i'm sorry for your loss adul :( just let it all out. sometimes, spilling the beans to people and even total strangers can make you feel a bit better. i'm glad that you shared your sadness w/ us geeky strangers (ehh, well, more like a community who's never seen each other IRL than strangers).

feel better soon man.

sorry to hear that...

things like this happens quite frequently. a couple years back, my friend lost his cat to his neighbors dog. he then went to put on some boxing gloves and beat the crap out of it.

anyhow, things like this is why i keep my cat indoors.

Really sorry for your loss. Not sure what I'd do if something like that happened to our cat.

i love how people jump to RIDICULOUS conclusions. how about a leash instead of killing another pet?

anyway

Sorry to hear about your cat Adul. One of my cats was sick and died before his time last year.

Leash laws. Gotta have em'. Fine should be $1000 that would keep dogs on leashes for sure.

As wrong as I know it is, I would have shot the dog right there and then. And it would have taken very little to have me beating the living crap out of the owner.

Yes, I know this reaction is wrong, but that is how I would react.

i think the owner deserves more punishment then the dog. higher intelligence = more responsibility. i'd follow him home and key the f*ck out of his car.

Oh man thats aweful.

Are you physically larger than the owner? (or at least same size?) seriously: go kick his ass... I would if it was my pet.

It happened a few hours ago. My cat was chilling in the grass in just on the otherside of the wall where the golf course is located. A owner was walking his german shepard on the course. The owner was letting his dog raom free ahead of him. Now I wasn't outside at the time, but most of my guest where there when it happened. It was so sudden and surreal. I walked outside and saw one of my friends yelling at the dog on the other side of the fence. Then he mention that there was a cat laying there...

I walked over to the fence and saw my cat on the ground twitching his last breath as he passed away. Cid was a cherished family member for over 15 years. He was literally one of the coolest cats around. Even people who don't like cats like our cat. He was smart, clever, personable cat that loved people. We knew he was nearing the end of his life, but to go out like this is not what we had envisioned...

All I could do as I sat there and cried over my departed pet, was just get this owners information. I don't know really what else to do since the damage was already done. We plan to have the owner pay for burial services. It is the least he can do for what his dog tool away from us so suddenly.

I am still in shock over this :(
where's the damn crying emoticon :(

pic Here's a pic of my cat chilling with my brother as he did for so many years.

We'll miss you cid.

Just like to mention thanks for vi_edit for cooking the food at the bbq. I appreciate it.
that dog owner needs to pay for more than burial services :|
