But wait...I think we were all sort of nerds when we were growing up. Horrible hair cuts, weird clothes...I'm glad I never fell for the mullet (le mullete in french or el mullueto in spanish).
 
I was on the ConCom (convention comittee) for a local gaming/sci-fi/fantasy/anime con. Also, I've been running GURPS (role-playing) games for the past six years.

Live Action Role Playing.
Typically it involves "goths" in white face paint and black clothes running around at night pretending to be vampires and talking with fake, bad accents.
