Prodigy with a free trial that came with a Packard Bell computer my parents bought around 1993 or so.

Mosaic on some Sun SparcStation in college. I remember thinking the internet and this world wide web thing was neat but useless. No one could possibly want to do anything with it. Funny now how 25 years later I'm making my living with it. Damn, 25 years...I'm getting old... :(

edit: oh wait, 1994 was 15 years ago, not 25. Damn, I'm still getting old, my memory is blown...

probably IE 3, on dial-up

when I went to my grandparents they had gotten broadband before we did, and had netscape, and I loved it immediately

My first ISP was Compuserve's WOW servive, something like $17 / month unlimited in early 1996. I believe I used Mosaic and later Netscape due to WOW's cartoonish built in browser.

it was Mosaic and i didn't even know what it did... i thought it was really crappy like lynx... i was like... give me a unix console guy back then.

Netscape was what i used regularly maybe a year after.
