What was the first physics card to hit the market?

Anyone know what the first physics card was to hit the market?
Was it the bfg model?

The BFG Ageia 128meg PCI card was the first one I think.

There were only 2 I believe, not counting the DELL OEM models and possibly some other OEM models.

BFGTech was probably the first followed shortly by ASUS.

Ageia is the only company which offered hardware physics acceleration as well.
