I remember being addicted to the Atari...but I don't remember any specific game...just the video games in general. The first game I remember being addicted to was Super Mario Brothers.

X-wing was the first computer game that I was addicted to...and I was really, really addicted. That game was fabulously hard.

1991 or so? that's the first non-retail game my son was hooked on (the manhole would be the first retail game). he was 3. there was something else he played around the same time.. was commander keen out yet? and a shareware mario clone. 286 w/ 40mb hard drive.. he didn't learn to read til he was 6 but he could find his floppies and knew enough dos to run the batch files that'd start 'em. heh. fun memories.
