I would say 1 AMD 1800+ 1.5 Ghz $78.00 and a GF4MX Abit Siluro for 98.00.

How can anybody that posts here have not bought something from Newegg?

I mean if you need something and don't feel like shopping around you know you won't feel like a chump if you buy it from Newegg. Maybe not the cheapest, but close.

6/25/2001 4:27:19 PM - SMART MEDIA 64MB| SM MR.FLASH $34.00

4/2/2004 11:40:51 AM - POWER SP|550W(P4)EG651P-VE(FMA)N RT $80.00 - Enermax 550W PSU

My total so far .. $ 1752.24

Bought a Chieftec BX-03B-B-B mid-tower case from them in December for $39.99 shipped. That was my first and most recent.

Once. Almost a couple years ago. Had problems. Took over 30 days to pinpoint problem and figure out it was item bought from Newegg. Newegg would not handle warranty. Manufacturer took forever. Haven't bought since.

Now-a-days I spend a tad extra and buy from local companies that I can walk into. It's not worth my time to save $2 if a company is going to tell me to shove it just because I'm too busy to return legitamitely defective product past the 30 day mark.

6/22/2001

CASE ENLGHT|MID 300W EN-7237OX3 AMD

Saw a mention of it on General Hardware

It was uphill from there (for newegg)

"The SeaGate", huh? Where can I find this Sea Gate? Do I have to bring a sacrificial animal?

I think the funniest part is that he repeatedly used "brought." It's not a slip-up, Twista must actually think "brought" means purchased.

My first order was a 300 watt fortron PSU I bougth to replace my 250 watt that blew. $28

My last order was yesterday, over $1,100 in high end computer parts

I believe at one time the were called "the egg". If so I purchased a mouse from them aournd 1998. It was a mail order cataloge I think.
