What was the console game made during the early 90's?

just remembered something else about that game.

it was an overhead view on a lunar landscape. there were various types of vehicles you could build. it was almost like starcraft but you battled against other humans.

With emulators but only allowed if you have the games already otherwise some people don't like that

only game that reminds me of is iron storm on the sega saturn

that game was great

probably put 500 hours into it

maybe it is a sequal to another game

i dont remember anything about octogons in that game though

it was a RTS not turn based
