What was the best thing on the menu at your thanksgiving feast?

For me, it was the bacon chocolate chip cookies I made.

And before the health and fitness nuts jump on me, I got the recipe out of a paleo cookbook.

Oh that sounds good. I never had a fish taco. I'll have to try them one day I go to one of my favorite Mexican restaurants. I hear the fish taco comes out of San Diego.

Try La Luz up in Fort Collins. Or, of course, Wahoo's, also in the Fort. 🙂

Shameless self promotion! Did no one give you any compliments on your awesome cookies? Poor Sho'Nuff 🙁

My mom makes the BEST stuffing ever!! It was so good. All the food was excellent, but the stuffing was tops, and a close second was the chocolate fudge brownies that my niece made.

Parking in Old Town isn't that bad, but La Luz has a second location down on S. College in the small strip center next to JC Penney.

Oh, that would be even better and not that far away. Will have to look them up at that location.

Found it.

Yep. Back toward the corner of the little "L". But hey, we're just talking fish tacos here, not Lobster Thermidor. I wouldn't take a day off from work and invite relatives from out of town. 🙂

Steamed green beans with butter, topped with lemon juice and pieces of fried bacon. So freaking delicious.

Pecan Pie.

The turkey I made was excellent too. People who didn't even like turkey realized that they had been eating the crappy stuff until now.
