I remember Small Wonder. At least I think I do... They had some classy episodes...
One where they could make the kid appear to grow up, but all they did was make her grow proportionally. As in, turned her into a gigantic robot, then reversed the process and made her tiny...
Or when they had the 'evil' twin robot on...
