It seems it was leftover day today. I think the Firehouse burger (my wife's leftovers) and the chicken fried rice went well together with the crab rangoon

 
Grilled cheese, tomato soup, and Yuengling black & tan. I had a peanut butter PopTart for dessert. The PopTart was disappointing as usual. I don't know why I buy the stupid things.

Had a grilled cheese and tomato soup last night the wife made, great comfort food 🙂

I used to love Concord Grape pop-tarts growing up, she picks up various ones now and then.

Mostly heard her griping how long her English muffin was taking to toast this morning, he he.

That and I love black & tan but don't buy it a lot.

I'm at Walmart so I just had some Subway. 6" steak and cheese with that creamy Sriracha sauce. It was good but damn it was pretty hot.
 
Peperoni frozen pizza in which I added chilli peppers, hot peppers and broccoli to. Yes, broccoli. It actually surprisingly goes well on pizza. 😀
 
Quinoa & smoked turkey wraps with wings on the side. Pretty random. Making pumpkin ice cream with homemade Magic Shell chocolate topping right now.

Sadly, as I have tasted broccoli on pizza, I must concur. Broccoli is just awful on pizza. But if that is what he likes, that is what he likes.

I had queso fresca, smoked almonds, a tostada, garlic yogurt dip, ajvar, carrot juice, and the last dark chocolate/raspberry heart from Valentine's Day. Next week we'll restock the chocolate supply with discount easter candy.

My wife put Broccoli on a pizza once, I almost shot her, he he.
 
Made mini pannini with insalata caprese and had pickeled eggplant with a mixed green salad. The pears were the kids favorite part of the meal.

I remember them being amazing as a kid. It could have just been kid-perspective, but I'm pretty sure they changed the formula over time. When I was a kid, there was a LOT of good filling, not just the paltry sum they give you these days. Related gif of Poptarts being made:

I usually skip lunch on weekends and have breakfast around 1PM instead.

Today was an omelet with dungeness crab, bacon, swiss cheese, avocado, tomatoes and topped with chives. Side of oranges and bananas.
