Cooked up a nice dinner for my girl tonight and it was just too good looking not to brag a bit lol.

Grilled Salmon, marinated in a simple mix of oliveoil garlic and lemon juice
Garlic Bread made from cibatta (spelling?) rolls
Roasted Asparagus and Mushrooms
Spinach Salad with a bacon dressing
and homemade wine supplied by my GFs uncle.

sole stuffed with crab meat (broiled), scallops (sauteed with a bit of olive oil and lemon juice), and a simple salad (lettuce, tomato, oil/vinegar).

totally burned the sole, but it was still edible

does sound yummy but prolly a bit to exotic for my girl to try on her yet lol, she was a bit apprehensive about salmon (was going to do swordfish but she thought that was weird lol)

trying to think of something else to grill up this weekend somewhat out of the norm, trying to use what little grill time I have left this summer

you should try trout meuniere for her... it's like stupidly easy and tasty.
