I usually wake up on my own or my wife wakes me up. Even on weekends I'm up by 6:30-7:00AM at the latest.

My computer plays the Microsoft Windows XP Boot up sound at 08:00 every weekday...

Although I usually wake up and turn the speakers off and go back to sleep.

Then I have my trusty phone to wake me up, which I've set to do 3 seperate alarms, 08:15, 08:30 and then the last measure: 08:45. I figure if I keep clicking done and going back to sleep, one will get me the hell out of bed so I can get to work on time (which I rarely do, hehehe)

On the weekends its usually my work cell phone, on the weekdays its my alarm clock.

Alarm clock set to radio (cause I'd destroy it if it was on beeping). But the best way to get me up would be a bucket of cold water.
