What vitamins do you take?

Try finding a Doctor that sells Standard Process Vitamins. They make all kinds of vitamins and base their selection on a Hair sample quite often. They know how to diagnose the results of the hair sample and determine what kind of a diet/vitamins you need.

Often a vitamin deficiency has underlying causes like a lack of a Specific Nutrient that can be caused by too much Heavy metal in the body like Aluminum. Without a Hair sample you can not determine what is going on.

I take multivitamins sportatically and should really start taking it constantly.
Right now I have some "high quality" vitamins that are damn expensive, but supposed to be much better than Centrum and other top brands.
It's bascially multivitamins with a bunch of other stuff. 6 pills and I hate swallowing pills (6 in the morn and 6 at night). I get lazy most of the times and take chewable Centrums instead lol.

I would like to point out that Multivitamins are a waste of time, and potentially dangerous.

If you want get all those extra vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, antioxidants, and bioflavanoids, I recommend taking either a liquid multivitamin or powdered supplement which are derived from whole foods. The powdered kind is typically alfalfa, oat grass, and spirulina based. The liquid kind is usually extracts from fruits and vegetables.

In pill form, I do recommend extra Vitamin C, Vitamin E (with mixed tocopherols including d-alpha), an Omega 3-6-9 fatty acid complex (flax and borage based), and a calcium complex (non-carbonate, with magnesium, phosphorous, vitamin d, etc. for proper absorption and usability).
