I need something simple and co-op play. Not competitive.....

Mario party is nice but it's competitive and it's no fun w/ 2 players.
She wanted to play street fighter against me but I got bored after like 5 minutes. (she's just not good 😉)
 
Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance
We played through the first one on Gamecube together, and since they haven't released the sequel for GC, we borrowed a friend's PS2 to play the second one. She doesn't normally like video games, mostly Feeding Frenzy, Bejeweled, Puzzle Bobble, that sort of thing.

Yep, played that with the girlfriend as well.
I like Champions better, I think she liked Dark Alliance more.

Something along the lines of sharing activities/hobbies together.
