A lot depends on age, but probably something like this:
NES:
Legend of Zelda
Contra
Final Fantasy

SNES:
Final Fantasy II (usa)
Chrono Trigger
Final Fantasy III (usa)

PC:
Mechwarrior
Mechwarrior 2 (and variants like Ghost Bears, and Mercenaries)
Civilization 2
Doom/Doom 2 (probably several hundred hours in dial-up co-op and 1v1 back when you dialed the other person's computer before online gameservers existed)
 
Super Mario was my favorite game! Never again in my life will I be able to feel that delight from the game ...
