what video card to get under 100$?

This question is getting kinda old. Bump up your price about $30 and get a GeForce 3 Ti200 or Radeon 8500.
 
does radeon 7500 support dual monitors? and it says does not include DVI to VGA adaptor theres a both a DVI and VGA port on it right?
