What video card can do this?

So that when I play a video file windowed on my computer it outputs fullscreen on the tv. Which ones have that feature?

yes. my ati radeon 7500 ($100 B&M retail) will do this when its in theatre mode (a control panel option). On CRT/LCD you play the video windowed (it can even be pushed to background) or full-screen and the full screen video plays on the s-video output. this works with ATI DVD player, ATI file player, Dscaler, Windows Media Player and RealPlayer (& perhaps others).

i believe you can setup the matrox cards to accomplish this

I have a matrox g400 and I'm thinking about getting the new radeon but I'm not sure if it can do that.

Can all ati cards do this?
