What utility to oc nVidia cards?

I installed the Coolbits reg hack under XP (used the 2000 version) and it didn't work. Does anyone have a suggestion? It's for a GeForce4 Ti 4200 128MB.

Just curious....I have powerstrip and it ok for what I need.

NVmax has some nice options for fastwrites, side-band addressing, anisotropic filtering and a bunch of other tweaks.
