What upgrade will give me best performance gain?

I currently either have, or am upgrading to:

AMD64 3500+
1GB Corsair XMS PC3200
DFI Lanparty SLI-DR mobo
evga geforce 7800gt ko
Enermax 480W PSU
Audigy 2 ZS Platinum
160GB Seagate 7200rpm HD

What could i upgrade to from this, to give me the best performance gain per piece? (price/performance ratio)

for example.. should i get a second gig of the same ram, or scrap it all completely and get something else?

will a new processor give me a higher performance gain than more/better memory? etc

Thanks for any suggestions!! If you could post a link or at least price for the items i would really appreciate that as well! Thanks!

Another gig of ram would be fairly inexpensive and potentially help out quite a bit.

What are you not happy with the performance on now?

EDIT: oh, I thought you had the stuff already and were asking for upgrades from that existing system...

Yes that is my existing system. I was asking for upgrades from that to get me the best possible gain.

Just that some of the parts i mentioned on are their way in the mail 🙂

Edit: I'm satisifed with the performance, but i didnt know if i was missing out on possible performance boosts that could be gained at a small cost, or upgrade.

I think 2 gigs would be the only "small cost" upgrade that would be worth it.

Would it be worth it to upgrade to better ram? I heard Corsair's line of XMS2 is supposed to be pretty decent.

almost every ram with decent timings would somewhat give similar output in performance, and since amd doesnt care about ram as much as intel does, just get the cheapest ram unless you plan on oc'ing, even then you can still run a divider with value sticks.

I would either match what you already have or get budget ram for A64.
