I'm tied in my decision and both will be done at some point. But what should be first?

A. VisionTek Geforce4 Ti4600

or......

B. Lian-Li Black PC65 w/ Black Light Neon (www.coolerguys.com) along with
a black plextor bezel and a 16x Pioneer DVD ROM (www.harddrive.com)

It totals out to be very close in price either way I choose to go, what would you do.
