[Don Vito:] "She is a wiser person than I was - that place is an armpit! Ask her what she thinks of Hastings - I know I did not enjoy it a whole lot. Fortunately I like being a lawyer, so I guess it worked out OK in the end."[/i]

Indeed! She did not at all like her experience there. I remember the speech given by a student during the graduation ceremony where he described a horrible condition students had to deal with. The classroom buildings were problematic and didn't shield them much.

Unlike me, she didn't have anyone to direct her. She had other choices but chose Hastings instead. I guess that's one knowledge I have acquired, for I won't be headed to Hastings any time soon. :)

My sis spent her last year at Georgetown University. She luuuuuved it sooooo much.

She's persuaded me to have Georgetown on my top list of law schools. :)

University of Wisconsin-Madison, majoring in Computer Engineering

I normally hate participating in threads like this, but I felt compelled to post since UW-Madison was so underrepresented

I was an idiot and didn't go to school right out of high school. I was one of those "The Computer Industry changes so fast that it is rediculous to go to school for any of it. The stuf they teach is so outdated that it is pointless to learn, " morons. Now I have to wait for my fiance to graduate before I can start up again. But when I do go, I'm going to go to the U of Utah and probably get at least a bacheleor's, if not a master's, in CS or EE.
