Go to www.crucial.com and plug in yer mobo manufacturer and then the model...itll bring you right to a page with memory listed that works on that mobo.

yes, 184-pin dimms (i.e. ddr sdram). it takes either pc1600 or pc2100.

184-pin, Unbuffered/Unregistered, not sure about ECC. It should support either.
