What type of questions would you normally ask in an interview?

I have an interview this coming tuesday with a hospital. It's for a PC Analyst position making between 38k-45k per year.
I've been on plenty of interviews, but the one thing I find myself not doing is asking lots of question. Atleast it will make you sound
interested in the job and not just want it for the money. Anyways, what do some of you guys usually ask?

One time I asked an IT Director what projects they plan or are currently imlpementing in the near future? Dude went on and on and it
was way out of my league (had to do with telecommunications).

Also, I made $31,200 last year ($15/hour) and if the question regarding salary comes up, what should I ask for? I dont want them to lowball me if the position was offered to me and give me something in the same range. My friends tell me to ask for $40k and see what they say.

I think a good question to ask would be "Do you press charges?"

Seriously, you could ask what is the biggest challenge they face with respect to their PC operations.

I end up asking a ton of questions at inteviews, sometimes more than they ask me. Maybe I'm arrogant, I'm not sure. I first try to find about the position, then I interview them. Sometimes they don't like this, but if they want to hire me, I want to make sure I want to work there. Questions can range from anything, like how they handle problems, management styles, etc. I usually tell them, if I like the position, that I would want the job but I need to know that I'd be happy there. By the end, they know I'm serious and by the type of questions I ask that they are getting a quality person.
