What type of protective packaging do OEM processors ship in?

In the past I've always gone the 'retail' route, but I'm getting sick of waiting. Just wondering if the OEM versions come in a factory clamshell or is it up to the individual retailer?

I ordered my XP-M oem, it came in a small plastic clamshell sitting on top of a piece of foam. thats it. i almost missed it and threw it away.

that was newegg btw.

Ditto, my four XP mobiles came from Newegg in plastic clamshells with foam to protect the pins. This was wrapped in bubble wrap and stuck in a box big enough for a motherboard! Well protected.
