We use an old Televantage system that works ok for our small office. We've recently been rolling out 3Com NBX systems (IP Telephony) to our clients, and I'm fairly impressed.

Old school PBX. Huge cabinet in the closet and tons of wires on the wall that have to be pushed in with a special tool. (been so long since I took Telephony)

Has anyone had any experience with the Talkswitch phone systems? Its really for small(er) business but I have been looking into getting that for our company as an affordable alternative to PBX.

Combination of cell and POTS, although I believe they're going to try to change to all cells, including receptionist.

I'm running one for my own home business...

Fairly simple to setup (I'm not a telephony guy at all), and you can find a decent one on Ebay for next to nothing. Stay away from the TS48-CA version though... the software has been buggy as all hell...
