Just thought it might be interesting to see the diversity we have here. But no i don't mean nationality. I mean, what do you prefer? For example, do you prefer Intel, or AMD (or god forbid, Cyrix?). No flames of whats better or worse here, just what you like! I can think of a ton of things to be compared here.
I like...

AMD
3dfx
Aureal (RIP)
Internet Explorer
Epic Megagames
Epson

What type of person are you? :p

(And don't flame me for what i like, i know i'm strange!

I'm a "Most Bang For The Buck" guy (and this is a borderline Off Topic )

So my preferences should be prefaced by the prices I paid for them. I stay behind the curve and buy top shelf stuff when it's a few months old. Same quality, much cheaper prices!
  • $110 AOpen AX6BC
  • $110 Celeron 533MHz FCPGA @ 800MHZ
  • $70 3dfx V3 3000
  • $102 IBM 75GXP 15GB
  • $120 HP 8100 CDRW
  • $14 IntelliMouse IntelliEye
  • $25 ZOOM 56K DualMode Int. ISA
  • $45 SB Live! Value
  • $200 HP 895Cxi
  • $300 SONY 200ES 17" (bit the bullet on that one!)
You guys go ahead and keep our economy healthy. I'm happy living with these cutting edge crumbs :D

nVidia for 3D - Matrox for 2D
High quality Shadow Mask and Trinitron monitors - 19"+
IE 5.0, not 5.5
Ball-mice, not optical
IBM hard drives, 7200RPM, UDMA/100
