As soon as I make the jump to SSD for the Boot drive I will be out of SATA slots inside my desktop. I have been using a handfull of USB 2.0 external 2.5" drives but I am needing a longer term solution for media storage.
I have an eSata port which I am hoping to use for this solution. I'd like it to house 4x2TB WD green drives, in a RAID configuration that could allow 1 of the drives to fail (JBOD not out of the question). I guess it would be a plus if it could be network connected (I think my WNDR3700 could share it out for streaming?).
