My most hated criminals...

1. Rapists. i personally think that violent rapes(not stagutory) should be punishable by death.
2. **edit** i forgot about child molestors. they take my #2 spot
3. Thieves. man o' man, i hate people that steal things.
 
What kind of question is this? You are asking which we hate the *most*. So even if I hate people who do rolling stops, that wouldn't be listed since I hate murderers more.

What do you expect people to put? Who wouldn't put murder and rape at the top of their list?
 
people who back up at 4-way stops hitting people without looking in the rear-view mirror first.

Although I am not conviced that "people" do this, I just saw a "person" do this. If this is something "people" do, the human race is doomed.
 
I'd have to say those damn druggies. What the hell are they doing? Stupid stupid people... Drugs are BAD, thankfully the US has protective laws against that crap.

Murder isn't even at the top for me. My ordering would be like...

1. ANY crime against children
2. Sexual offenses
3. Murder

The glock has 20 in a pre-ban mag. Another 10 in the night stand. And if it goes real bad,the mossberg is right under the bed. Also If 5 people invade your home your prolly not leaving alive anyway, especially not without weapons. I've got my wife sleepin right beside me so the only way you are going to get into my bedroom is over my dead body.
 
The legions of f^cktards that take advantage of others acts of kindness and have made most of us more skeptical and hardened so that when somebody genuinely needs assistance we're hesitant to do anything for them. Examples are scam artist repair people, boiler room operations that especially pray on the elderly, bums that claim to need food but drink or smoke up their spare change, countless phony requests for charity and so many more.

These people have always existed and are a plague upon humanity.
