Rowr! You had better be one hell of a photographer! Awesome choice.

I wish. Purely a Pro-Am person here. I've won a few photo contests, but nothing huge. I got it in exchange for a website a year ago. I thought i was going to Ethiopia in August and wanted to document my entire trip. The trip fell through though :(

I'm using an Olympus E-10 digital, but it's not really "good enough". I've been wanting what Beau6183 has, but I've been kind of waiting for the next gen before I shell out $2000-$5000 again for a camera. That gets old real fast.

Seriously are you BSing? :) What do you do that requires it, or are you just rich? :)

I use the D1h when I freelance occasionally, and expect once I find a job that the d1x is what I will be using full time. I use a n90, canon g2 and olympus stylus epic. (and a hasselblad 500c, but I rarely use it. Hell, I rarely even pull it out.)

edit: only read your first post. i see your later ones.

Digital: Kodak DX3900 EasyShare
SLR: Minolta X700

Both work well, although the Kodak leaves something to be desired in low-light conditions.

Heh... I use mine all the time (you should see the wild life galleries I have). I only have a couple of lenses though: a Nikor 20-120 AF, and a Tamaron 70-220 AF. I'd like to get a macro lens and a Sigma 800mm, but I don't have $5k to shell out for it right now....

Just got rid of Canon S10 and brought Sony DCR-PC9. From digital still photo to digital video. :)

I have a Fuji 2200 2.1mp

Nothing special but the pics are good for what we got it for:). The flash sucks though! Far to central and doesn't spread out enough...but hey it was £179.99 bought about a year ago......

Also have a few 35mm ones that rarely get used since I have digital.....

<< Kodak DX3500. Not the best, but it works :)

I pity those who're still using 35mm film :p

I also have that camera. It's good enough for me at this time, but it does leave a lot to be desired in low light conditions, and the shutter speed is way too slow (this means that whenever I try to take a picture of my lively pictus catfish, it always comes out blurry :( ).

hear ye, hear ye. I'm a pity one here. But I love my Canon Z85. Waiting for Digital Camera price drops a little bit more to buy an Olympus Camedia 10x optical, 2.7 digital. Is this a good one? (sub $500 range)
