What torrent client do you use to download Linux Distros?

In the past I've used azureus, utorrent, rtorrent, and now I prefer deluge. I have it running on my fileserver and I can control it via web interface or gtk gui from any other computer on my lan.

Used to use Azureus (aka Vuze) for its comprehensive feature set but it quickly became bloatware and I've since switched to uTorrent, small, light and fast. Gets the job done and gets out of your way. Perfect.

Hah, exactly this, which is funny because I see several others have replied the same way. Azureus was good once upon a time, before they started that weird web-looking interface and sponsored content home page crap.

uTorrent is the anti-bloatware, latest version is under 400k still 🙂

EDIT : As for the correct category, I think this belongs under 'Software for Windows', though I understand the temptation to post in OT in hopes of more people seeing/replying to it.

If only you knew how to read, OP asked about a torrent client to download Linux Distros, not a Bittorrent client for *nix. This post doesn't belong in the *nix software forum because he's not asking about *nix software.
Then he's still asking in the wrong forum isn't he?
Ummm how do you know he's not talking about NIX based torrent client?
He should be asking this in the software for windows or the NIX forum.

ALso: Torrents.... HAHAHA

The only thing he mentioned about UNIX was downloading a distro, which would lead me to believe he still uses Windows. It doesn't matter what he downloads, as since he didn't mention what he uses, then it's usually assumable to be Windows.

Since switching to Linux, I've settled on Deluge as my main client. I just like the simple UI design.

When I was on Windows, I was a big fan of uTorrent.

What is the point of this thread/question. You're asking the question as if some special torrent app is needed to download a Linux distro.

It was originally posted in Off Topic and i think he wanted to know what torrent app to use and added "to download a linux distro" so that it wouldn't seem like he's going to use the app for pirating software/movies/music....

I use Ktorrent at home.
