You always want to dress at or above the level you anticipate the interviewer being at.

For a call center, they will probably be wearing either khakis and a polo shirt, or dress shirt and tie.

For this job, dress shirt and a tie is good... but scrape up some cash and get a suit for next time. :)

In light of the overwhelming support of the tie option, I must go that route.


Now, figuring out how to neatly tie the tie will be a great challenge.

I do have longer hair, but have not considered cutting it for the interview.


I have seen the employees there, and some have far worse.

Is this likely to be a huge problem?
