What to use for cutting window?

im wondering if it is hard to cut a window for a case?

what is the best tool to use and are there any tips??

I hear a lot of people use a dremmel, although I takes a long time. I just installed a window tonight and I used a jigsaw (with heavy duty metal cutting blade -- home depot $3.59). I thought cutting would be the hard part, OH NO. Getting the freakin window set in took forever. Well worth the effort though, looks nice.
