Looking to upgrade my secondary computer. Looking to spend less than $125, the cheaper the better obviously. I have an athlon xp 2100+ with 1.5 GB of RAM.

I was looking at the Geforce 4MX's but I thought I remember those being budget cards back in the day. Want to be able to play Hitman Contracts 2, Splinter Cell kinda games. Any ideas?

Geforce mx are crap. Get either a used 9800p, or a 6600gt, whichever one is cheaper (<$100). Both would give you a big boost in performance.

Don't worry, 9800 Pro only comes in AGP ;)

What would be a really good find would be a 6800. It has a lot more fill rate and shader power than a 9800 Pro with about the same or less power consumption. But if I were you, I would hit up a nice barton core off the forums too. You should be able to get $50 for your video card and processor combined. That hopefully pushes your budget to about $175, and you can easily get that stuff for that amount of money.

uhh don't go with that gf4mx crap. it's actually a rev of gf2 with outdated dx7 tech.
try looking for sweet deals for 9800pro or a 6600gt agp.
