What to upgrade? edit..

I have this strange urge to upgrade

AMD Athlon 550MHz @ 850MHz (running at 750mhz right now though)
MSi 6167
256 MB of Generic PC100, PC133

Matrox Millenium (G400)

Quantum 6.4gb
Maxtor 11.5gb
Maxtor 60.1gb
Maxtor 80GB
Total of 158gb

Artmedia 20"

5xDVD
12xPlextor cdrw

Basicly it depends on what you use your system for, but here's a few options:

I've heard that the Radeon has excellent 2D quality, if you play games that shoul provide a nice boost.

You have a RAID controller, perhaps a couple of harddrives for a nice RAID setup ?

256 MB of RAM.

You didn't post your speakers, but a pair of great speakers are always nice.

Depends how much you want to spend, and what you want to achieve.

If your games are too slow, I would upgrade to a Geforce 2 MX or a GTS.

If you want more CPU power you could pick up a 1Ghz+ TBird and a KT133A based motherboard for a pretty good price.

That's about it. I don't think you'll need anymore HD space 😉

The thing is that I actually dont need anything, I dont want a graphics card because ahemm "matrox ownz youz", waiting for g800 untill I even think about getting a new one and I Dont need more cpu power, though rc5 could use a little boost 🙂

I have the 4.1 soundworks speakers that came with the sblive, very nice speakers.

My hd is mostly full of divx movies and other stuff (the 80gb disk has just movies and the 60gb has some movies and tvshows and something else that I dont know of), thats why I bought a cdwriter few days ago because I was running out of space.

Running out of space!??

Geezus..I have 150GB's at home, and im using 3GB on my main and 13GB on my backup drive! Phew, I don't have time/can't download movies though, considering my "joke of internet" 9.6k trash.

This T3 at school is pretty fun...hah..
