mostly it is. carls lacks the breakfast menu of hardees. i didnt care much for the burger there, but the biscuits were always great.

I have never been to one before, and they just built one in town. I thought I might check it out after I get done at the book store, as it's right next door.

Carl's Jr.

I probably have no right to complain but I was really hoping they'd open before I left. *sigh*

I didn't even know what the building was until I went to Barnes & Noble a couple of weeks ago and there were signs up. That weekend there was a help wanted ad for them in the classifieds. Next weekend, there is a drive-through line around the building and people parking any place they can, lol.

Philly cheeseteak double burger

We have a $1 off coupon for that, is it any good?

I like the western bacon cheeseburger.

A co worker had one thurday. He had lived in Philly, and he claimed it was very close to the real thing:)

Yeah, except in Philly they put them on a hoagie roll & use different cheese. oh and there's no burger patty ;)

the Carl's commercial for it cracks me up, the Philly accent is great

"wat u doin? eatin a boig-ah?" I dunno how to spell it but the way they say burger is hilarious.

I actually don't like their $6 burger. Couple of times I've had it, the meat was dry. I prefer the Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger.

Western Burger or Jalepeno Burger.

I don't know how anyone could eat a double, the single just about kills me.

Their fries kinda suck, imo. BK fries are the best of the chains around here.
