I've got my leather folder with my resume and references page in it. Anything else that I should take?

An ink pen.

At my last interview they wanted me to diagram some stuff out for them to see if I understood some of the concepts.

I would have felt dumb having to ask for a pen.

Don't put on too much cologne. Wear a suit. Bring your resume(s) in a folder. Have a pen in your pocket. Leave everything else (jackets, backpacks, umbrellas, etc.) at home. It can take you several minutes to put all that junk down and settle in - not a good impression. Arrive 15 minutes early. Be extremely polite to everyone in the office, including the interns and the secretaries (who might put in a bad word for you if you piss them off). If they offer you coffee/tea etc., say "No thanks, I'm eager to get started." After that, it's all up to you.

I'd bring some web page printouts of the company's products and what they do, a printout of job opportunities on their web page, and most importantly a sincere enthusiasm to work at the company.

Also bring around 5 copies of your resume, a pen, and some questions (scribbled down on paper and bring that too).

I'd leave my gun at home to, but that's just me

I bet those items might be required for certain job interviews :Q
