What to send with D-Link rebate?

I just got a D-Link router from Newegg and I'm sending in the rebate now. I wondering what I should send in for a "dated sales receipt" as stated on the rebate form. Do you guys think I can just mail in the packing list I got from newegg?

Print off a copy of the sales receipt.
