what to put for mail exchange in dyndns?

I'm trying to set up Imail server on my XP system. I can send mail out, but I can't receive mail. I was reading the white papers on DynDNS and they said that if I put my host name in the Mail Exchanger part of the setup. I'm using Dynamic DNS. If my host name was someone.dyndns.org, what would I put in the Mail Exchanger part? I've tried someone.dyndns.org but I still can't receive mail. Thanks in advance for any comments. 🙂
