I'm working (or rather, my arm is sore, so I'm waiting til I can work again) on turning an old tape player into a computer. I want it to be no louder than the stereo system next to it (crappy Aiwa). So Ideally the whole thing will be cooled off by one case fan (the PSU is mostly going to be open). Since I will have very little, if any, room to play with, what would be a good thin, stiff material to make a fan duct out of? Ideally I would be able to measure, make the duct, install it while I make the final install of the rest of the parts, and then leave it. The hottest thing is the CPU, a celery 466 (but I want to upgrade it to a PIII 700 or so to play high quality DivX).
